«Maryanski riceplant» - this is one of the leading factories for the production of rice in Russia. The plant is able to process up to 75 000 tons of paddy rice in the year, this is equivalent to 7.5% of the gross harvest of rice in Russia. Constant support of the highest quality - this is one of the priority directions of work of the enterprise. The plant is certified for quality management system GOST R ISO 9001-2008.

All production is made on the modern hi-tech equipment of the south Korean production.

Today the range of the manufactured products consists of 17 products of the rice produced in the krasnodar territory. In the season 2009-2010, the company has successful experience of introduction of technology of acceptance, storage and processing of rice varieties. Thus 60% of processed rice varieties (Rapan, Khazar, Amber and Diamond). In the season 2010-2011 it is planned to increase the refining varieties by 10%.

Since 2009 the company has launched production of packaged products under own TM "The FIGURE" and "Victor ", where presented the wide range of kuban rice, including exclusive varieties. Not polished kuban rice - product, which features the trade mark "The FIGURE" and "Victor "from brands analogues, since it can be purchased exclusively in the package under the trademarks of "Maryanski riceplant".

Not polished kuban rice - it is a useful new product, consumer interest in which is growing rapidly in recent times. All business in a unique processing of a grain of rice, in the course of which the remains valuable shell, containing a considerable quantity of vitamins and mineral substances. Laboratory studies have shown that the consumption of 100 g of the uncut rice at a quarter to meet the daily need of the person in a number of important elements.

Thanks to innovative technologies for waste-free processing of rice the enterprise produces экспандированную rice husk, granular rice мучку, as well as rice husk ash, which expands the range and reduces отходность production to a minimum.

New 2010 year - ash rice husk. This is a product derived from burning of rice husks. Due to the lower carbon content, as well as small interaction with magnesium oxide ash rice husk is used in the metallurgical industry as a thermal insulation in the smelting ladles, as well as a carbon source for the production of steel and cast iron.
